Terms and conditions
By using F525 Hosting and Web site Design and its services, you are agreeing to
the below terms of service (TOS):
- We reserve the right to change, remove or replace any part of this TOS
at any time.
- We take no responsibility over lost or corrupt data. It is your
responsibility to keep backups of your files, using the backup facility
provided in all users cPanel.
- We do not allow any form of material that can cause offence. Adult
content is strictly not allowed on our servers.
- We do not allow any illegal material on our server. This can be, but is
not limited to illegal software, warez, cracks, keygens & serial numbers.
- We reserve the right to suspend, modify and terminate accounts at our
discretion. No refunds will be given for these cancelled accounts.
- All activity on our server is logged for security purposes. Any user
found to be using excessive server resources, spamming or abusing the
service will be suspended temporarily, or have their account deleted.
